Quote requests collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, ZIP code, shipment selections and any notes you enter. Accounts use an email and password and may include a name and phone number. Shipment records can include sender and recipient details, destination, package information, charges and tracking updates. Avoid putting payment-card details or sensitive documents in quote notes.
How information is used
We use these details to prepare and confirm quotes, contact you, send quote emails, manage your account and shipment, and provide tracking. Quote details are sent to your email and our office. The website uses Lovable Cloud for account and record services and managed email delivery. Using WhatsApp or Facebook takes you to those services, whose own privacy policies apply.
Record retention
myDzUs retains customer records for up to two years. This is our stated retention policy, not a claim that this website automatically deletes records. Contact our office to request access, correction or deletion of your information and to discuss your request.
Browser storage
The website saves your language preference in your browser. Account services use browser storage to maintain your sign-in session.
Payments & connection security
This website currently has no online checkout and does not collect payment-card details through a payment form. Use https://mydzus.com for the public website. HTTPS protects information in transit; it does not guarantee that every security risk is eliminated. Payment-provider handling will be disclosed when online payment is connected.
